Recovering from chemotherapy, so old knee and elbow injuries re-appeared!! My sister loaned me her Cocoon and after 2 days use I was convinced, so I bought one for my elbow and one for my knee. Magic!! Put them straight on after exercise and the reduction in pain is really noticeable. Thanks!!! They now permanently reside in the freezer.

The compression wraps are great, freeze well and versatile on the body. Don't particularly care for the OTT emails.

I love my Cocoon! It really has helped with the rehabilitation of my knees and treating inflammation after sports. I haven't tried heating them so not sure how well that works. The compression stays cold (like, super cold) for about 10-15 minutes and then you need to toss it back in the freezer.

Really feel a difference in recovery after doing a workout with my legs! Wish it lasted longer in terms of the cool temp after use, but that's why you get two!

Yeah was on my feet nearly allday and had some swelling in my knees..after 2 lots of 20 mins straight out of freezer on knees,it works good 4 me ..thanks 4 a great product xx

The cold doesn’t seem to last more than a few minutes

Overall I like them. Out of a ten rating I'd give these a nine. Only problem I have, when I wear them on my knee area, they initially lay nice and smooth but after wearing awhile they clink or bunch up. I have to constantly pull on them to straighten out and lay smooth. But this may be normal due to bending of knees but not certain. Not a big deal. Otherwise everything else about them I like.

Great product. I have arthritis in my left knee and when it swells, I use my cocoon!! So much better than all the other products I have tried.

I really like these because 1. they fit over my knee without slipping down (huge satisfier). 2. The coolness lasts for about 20 mins which is the amount of time I need to compress and ice my knee. The coolness is evenly spread throughout the sleeve. 3. They fit nicely under my workout wear without bulk and I wear it while working out at the gym. 4. I bought 2 so that I would have a backup while the other was re-freezing.

DO NOT PURCHASE. After two whole months of me trying to get a tracking number, they emailed me telling me that my item has been delivered. The post office didn’t even receive anything. I bought one Cocoon for my left knee to help a torn meniscus mend. I was already on my way to recovery when it arrived in the UK but my progress went in leaps and bounds after using my Cocoon. I heated and cooled it several times over the period of a week and now only use it after a workout to ease the final niggle of pain. It very comfortable to wear although it does wrinkle after a while qt rye back ofvthe knee!

Ruptured my Patella tendon- hence the wire - but the wire has broken and waiting for surgery Meanwhile I have now four knee braces of which I rotate which are an amazing relief and keeps my swelling in check, definitely the compression is there but it doesn’t strangle my knee and it never slips down the leg I believe once the surgery has healed I will continue using these on a regular basis. I play soccer with an amateur club and have problem with my right knee swallowing etc. Have searched for a long time in a market to find something practical.and effective but didn't like them. Luckily came across the cocoons and what a relieve. In my opinion they are the best in market for what they are made for to achieve. Having both options of cold and hot applications in my knee and with that longevity is great. Some of my teammates are thinking to buy theirs too. Well done Cocoons.

It can only be used as a cold pack or hot pack. Just wearing it by itself didn’t do anything for me. It is not sturdy enough to provide support for the knee. Pricey as well and shipping takes forever.

Love the feel of the sleeve, not that typical neoprene (hard and chaffing feeling with other sleeves). Whether heated in the microwave of a few hours in the freezer they provide soothing relief after a workout or walking the golf course for 4 hours. Originally ordered Med (based on sizing) but needed XL. Did a no hassle exchange and received a replacement pair quickly.

I have been dealing with knee injuries recently and always had icepacks placed on my knee. I have been looking for something that could do two things, cool my knee and compress it as well. When I came across Cocoon I felt it was too good to be true. Here is finally a product that can do what my I required. Since I have received my Cocoon it has been doing exactly what I needed it to do. I use it now for recovery sessions and it has been great. I also love the bag it comes in and all the simple instructions that have been placed on it on how to use it. Great product and well executed by the creators. I can only recommend it.

I bought two of these (one for me and one for my husband) and they are amazing! They started out as an icing solution for knee injuries, but quickly became part of our post-workout recovery routine. Customer service was great. Definitely recommend!

Excellent stuff for recovering sore knees. I am middle aged tennis player who recently encountered a knee niggle for the first time. I was concerned and tried Cocoon. No regrets so far! I would highly recommend it.

I love this product a friend lent me his and after using it I bought my own. I am seriously thinking about buying another one. I injured both knees in the same week so had to rotate my ice sleeve so another one would be useful. I love that I can walk around with it on and it is so comfortable I forget that it is on.

I am 6ft 2 and 105kgs and the medium sized ones were perfect for my calf muscles. They are a good fit and they are really cold to start with but they do warm up pretty quick compared to normal ice packs.

I am a firefighter and I need to recover fast after every single training session. I usually use the Cocoons after training and before stretching, and the combination is so cool for me. I have been using ice therapy for almost 5 years, when I started doing functional training, and always the same problems with the ice showers, ice bags and similar. When I discovered the Cocoons my life became easier. Every day after training I put on my cocoons and my knees and elbows completely relaxed. The quality is very high and the results are incredible. Honestly, I don't think about using Ice ever again!

I like them very much. However, I would like to see the medium and large be longer in length than the small. As is they work pretty well, I would just like more coverage with the larger sizes. I wear one on my knee quite often. Really helps ease the pain.

They only remain cold for 5-10mins despite spending time in the freezer . Also they slip down - I have very large thighs ( ex rugby player )ordered large size but they do not stay biplane when you stand up !

Total game changer! I’m a 46 yr old competitive volleyball player and the cocoons are critical to recovery and my ability to keep playing at a high level! My only problem is I only have 1 pair and it’s a race to the freezer with my 16yr old volleyballer son also wants to use them after our training sessions!

Bought a large size and despite having muscular legs and large knees they are not tight enough and do slip own. But worse than that,even after leaving them in a freezer for some time they do not remain cold enough to be effective,only keeping cold for 5-8 minutes!

Wow, the Cocoon is the best! I use it after every work out and my knee feels great! So much more convenient than an ice pack or ice! I love it!

I had bought a similar make before to try them out but feel the investment in my cocoons was well worth it! They have been great since arriving using daily as suffering with knee and elbow pain so the medium and small fit perfectly and keep their shape and fit (which the other make did not) worth every penny and the service has been fantastic

I have a bum knee. These were recommended by a Peloton riding group. I wear them after I ride. They really feel good and compress the knee for about 15 minutes. My family tried mine the other day. They liked them so I am ordering some for Christmas gifts.

i use the cocoons after sport to recover my old hurting knees. it helps, but the cooling could last a bit longer. all in all i'm happy with my cocoons.

They have really come in handy whenever my calves acts up… heat therapy never felt so comforting. Have to try the cold therapy after seeing so many reviews raving about it

I like the concept of this product. I am a basketball official so the ability to take this with me to a game and have it be cold afterwards was very appealing. It covers the entire knee which is ideal. However, it only stays cold for about 10-15 minutes. I was expecting more from it but I still make it work. If this would stay cold for 45 minutes or longer it would be perfect. I hate sitting around with a gel pack on my knee, walking around with it is great. Just wish it kept temperature longer.

That is a life saver! I had an inured knee and could not cope with the pain. But now this is the only thing that keep me going. Great product! Highly recommend!

In theory a good concept. Fits well and comfortable. Does not “ice” area for very long at all. Have used on feet, calves, knees, and elbows. Lasts maybe 5 min before warms. Relief it provided to all areas was minor. Compression is not as expected, likely because of the gel that’s inside the sleeves. Too loose and the pressure is fluid, not stationary and tight. Feel it’s not worth the $165 i spent on 4 sleeves. Better treatment using a bag of ice and then compression sleeves for affected areas.

They are definitely convenient but they don’t stay cold long enough. I only get about 5 minutes before they are no longer cold enough to provide a benefit.

it is great being able to ice my knee without having to put my leg up. I also love the compression effect. All treatment can be done at once! Very convenient!

Comfortable but doesn’t stay cold on my knee for longer than 5 minutes. So basically it’s worthless for the purpose intended.

I was a little apprehensive when I ordered my Cocoons but I was having problems with my right knee and wanted something to help relieve the pain so I could get back on my bike and be able to get to the gym. My cocoon arrived, was put in the freezer and later on my leg. Ouch! At first the cold was painful, it soon eased and my knee was supported. I continue to use it after exercise and when the pain is bad. I have returned to the gym and am back on my bike too. My wife wasn't convinced at first, but then she used the Cocoon on her shoulder and said it was the best ice pack she had ever used. The old bag of peas has gone in the bin. My wife is the athlete, a bodybuilder. At 75 years old and a polio victim I am somewhat older than my wife. It turns out I have osteo-arthritis in the knee, my good leg, the other leg doesn't work as intended, the effect of the polio. I can highly recommend Cocoons.

These frozen sleeves are heaven. They have become a daily use for me and help me get through my day. I love that I can move around and not have to balance the bag of frozen peas on my knees anymore and get full knee coverage. Love Love them.

I had knee surgery a few weeks ago & this item exceeded expectations! I used it regularly to reduce pain & swelling. So much easier than using ice packs. So glad I made the purchase - thank you.

Found that they just get too warm in under 10minutes. Ice packs are better to use for cold compression for 20minutes. I like the idea of these but they just don't work well enough to really do anything.

So easy to ice my injured knee several times a day and still be able to move round as normal and not being stuck on the sofa having to press it in to get the benefit as with my old ice pack.

They only cool down the knees for max. 4-5 minutes - this is not sufficient

Need one for ankle

I placed my order a month ago and it was to be delivered in 7-21 days, one week ago I had heard nothing about the order being shipped. After contact with the team through their chat I got a tracking number to track my parcel, but it was returned by the postal office about three weeks ago. After some more attempts with the chat without any reply I asked the support by email to look into the issue and please expedite my order. I was asked to give them a couple of days to investigate and ship the order again at no cost. No mention of express shipping or anything else. I’m expecting a reply by tomorrow as that window has passed by then and I am disappointed of how the whole delivery has failed and that the company hasn’t kept track of the delivery or yet made any extra effort in trying to get the delivery faster to me. Once I do get the product I can update the review, otherwise it will have to stay as it is.
