Rachael Kent's routine involves daily training at F45 where she became an ambassador last year. She joined three years ago and has loved it because of its variety with something different every day. There's cardio one day, then there’s resistance the next with no two sessions the same.She always includes workouts in her daily routine. She works in marketing and had a quite busy job.She joined Instagram with healthy hoots in 2018 to keep herself accountable for weight loss and fitness journey and hadn’t done social media before. She just did it for her exercise and journey. She found it great over the years to be able to inspire others in terms of weight loss and fitness.She's training to be a PT at the moment and going forward, she had no plans as such, but it’ll just be more of the food and fitness content, sharing her balanced lifestyle. -
A Soul of Fitness of a Sports Performance Coach "Stafford Gatling"
Stafford Gatling is a sports performance coach at his own gym called Stay Ready Performance. He played college football at Ohio University and had a short run with the New York Jets. As a former athlete, staying active is very important to him.
His first memory of playing sports seriously is when he was 6 years old playing with his sister.
He usually starts his day at 9 am and he trained clients 'til 7 or 8 pm. He's also working on structuring programs that target middle & high school athletes, adult fitness, and doing sport-specific classes that cater to each sport.

A Kick in the Grass of a Football/Soccer Player "DIEGO TONATIUH"
Diego Tonatiuh is a footballer (soccer player). He started his career at the young age of 15. That's when he knew he truly wanted to pursue being an athlete professionally.
Currently, at the age of 20, he is still pursuing a pro contract but has been blessed enough to travel to some beautiful countries in pursuit of his venture. (Uruguay, Portugal, and Malta to name a few).
He has been doing social media seriously for the past two years and has fallen in love with the process. Filming and editing is a truly fulfilling way for him to express his creative needs apart from football (soccer). He also expects to see himself collaborating with the biggest creators in his space and himself becoming one. -

Acacia Jade is a Sky Aerial and Vinyasa yoga teacher who has traveled the world training students to live the life of their dreams. Her main focus is teaching teachers but she's also happy to work with students of all levels.For her, yoga was the cure! She was depressed before and in a pattern of self-destruction until she found yoga that gave her a sense of purpose and a healthy community for support.In total, she has been teaching for 16 years and has been blessed to teach and train in Bali, Canada, the United States, Mexico, the UK, Thailand, India, Peru, etc. Yoga became her passion.She also owns a retreat center. She teaches online private classes and in-person classes. She also runs teacher training several times a year. She hosts several retreats a year in yoga and plant medicine work. Currently, she's working on releasing an online 50-hour level 1 Sky Aerial Yoga teacher training. -
A Day In The Life of A Brazillian Runner "Bruno Prataviera"
Bruno Prataviera is a Brazilian runner. He's currently living in France. According to him, he might not be the fastest runner, but as people say, if you run, you are a runner.
He started running about 2 years ago. He used to have a very sedentary life before. But one day, when he was at the beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he saw a race event that really gotten his attention. He then thought to himself that one day, he will run.
He started walking, then mixing running and walking and now, he's training for his first Marathon.
Besides running, he also takes care of his own business.

Nutrition, Mindfulness and Fitness Journey of "Savannah Regensburger"
Savannah Regensburger's passion has always been nutrition and fitness. Her day to day life includes yoga (Bikram, Vinyasa, Sculpt) and weight training at the gym.
Yoga was a part of her recovery from a car accident and multiple traumatic brain injuries. She was an athlete her entire life. She played softball (pitcher, first base, and left field).
When she was a senior in high school, she got into a car accident and was unable to continue playing softball throughout college. Yoga and nutrition absolutely saved her life. She was able to utilize food as medicine to build on her brain and build plasticity, but also yoga helped the range of back problems she had from the accident.
She feels so much passion for sharing her education with others. She has B.S. in Neuroscience, M.S. in Medical Nutrition, a certified yoga sculpt instructor, and a certified mindfulness coach. "Olivia Vivian" An Elite Gymnast and a Ninja Superstar's journey
Olivia Vivian competed in the sport of Ninja Warrior. She used to be an elite gymnast.
Over the years she had many accomplishments such as Olympic Games, World Championships and Commonwealth Games, but it’s her recent results in Ninja that showcase how her mindset has changed over the years.
For the past four years she has been the first and only female to make it into the grand final and top 8 Ninjas in Australia (men and women), and she kept working hard towards her goal of being the first female in the world to win the show and beat the men.
