Life Fitness and Health of a Croatian Trainer "LEA RADOJICIC"
Lea Radojicic is a 32-year-old Croatian living and working in Dubai as a personal trainer. She is qualified for pre and post natal training and find helping women better themselves physically and mentally to be one of the most rewarding perks of my job. Her passion for sport started at a very early age. As a 5 year old, she was already training in gymnastics and tennis. But, both were not something she found herself in. When she started training volleyball, that was it for her. She trained volleyball professionally for years back home, playing the middle hitter position. After volleyball, she trained rowing as well, and got a couple of medals too. She found rowing to be one of the hardest sports she has ever tried, but it was a great intro for her weightlifting. Her days in the week are split into muscle groups, each day for a certain muscle. Plus, she does a lot of cardio every day, mostly walking or cycling.
As a personal trainer, her schedule is crazy. She works Sundays to Thursdays with her clients and is off on weekends, but she always ended up working anyways, on personal projects (creating new workout programs, filming workouts and new content for social media…). According to her "We all have time, it is just important to prepare and put some effort in".

Nutrition, Mindfulness and Fitness Journey of "Savannah Regensburger"
Savannah Regensburger's passion has always been nutrition and fitness. Her day to day life includes yoga (Bikram, Vinyasa, Sculpt) and weight training at the gym.
Yoga was a part of her recovery from a car accident and multiple traumatic brain injuries. She was an athlete her entire life. She played softball (pitcher, first base, and left field).
When she was a senior in high school, she got into a car accident and was unable to continue playing softball throughout college. Yoga and nutrition absolutely saved her life. She was able to utilize food as medicine to build on her brain and build plasticity, but also yoga helped the range of back problems she had from the accident.
She feels so much passion for sharing her education with others. She has B.S. in Neuroscience, M.S. in Medical Nutrition, a certified yoga sculpt instructor, and a certified mindfulness coach. She also recently began her coaching business which can be scheduled here: https://www.societybysav.com/coaching.
