Nutrition, Mindfulness and Fitness Journey of "Savannah Regensburger"
Savannah Regensburger's passion has always been nutrition and fitness. Her day to day life includes yoga (Bikram, Vinyasa, Sculpt) and weight training at the gym.
Yoga was a part of her recovery from a car accident and multiple traumatic brain injuries. She was an athlete her entire life. She played softball (pitcher, first base, and left field).
When she was a senior in high school, she got into a car accident and was unable to continue playing softball throughout college. Yoga and nutrition absolutely saved her life. She feels so much passion for sharing her education with others. She has B.S. in Neuroscience, M.S. in Medical Nutrition, a certified yoga sculpt instructor, and a certified mindfulness coach.
